Crosspoint Leadership

Crosspoint Church is led by a small team with extensive leadership and pastoral experience. Olivia Amartey is the Senior Pastor with Pastors' Ann Stevenson and Paul Clarke working alongside. Find out a little bit more about us below.

Senior Pastor Olivia Amartey
As well as being a pastor, Olivia is bivocational and  works in the NHS as Deputy Chief Officer for Operations. She has extensive experience of leadership, in church, the Third and voluntary sectors as well as within the Health Service.
She has served in various senior leadership positions over the years, including Director of Soical Responsibility with the Diocese of Lichfield and latterly as an Elder at Birmingham Christian Centre.

Olivia's passion is discipleship and she is a skilled communicator, with an ability to open up the Biblical scriptures in real and relevant ways. She is often called upon to speak in various conferences and churches throughout the UK.

Church planting has always been a desire for Olivia and she believes that alongside Pastor Paul and Dawn Clark and Pastor Ann, she heads up the 'Dream Team' of committed, gifted individuals.
Olivia has recently been ordained as an Elim Minister.

Olivia is lone parent to 14 year old Josh.

Pastor Ann Stevenson
Pastor Paul & Dawn Clarke
Ann has worked in the NHS Acute sector as a Chaplain for 24 years and is currently the Lead Chaplain for Sandwell and West Birmingham Hospitals NHS Trust.

She first came to Birmingham in 1987 to study at Birmingham Bible Institute, fully convinced that once her course finished, she would be returning to the mission field in Puerto Rico where she had already  spent two years.  However, God had different ideas!  She came into hospital ministry in her third year placement and felt a clear calling to stay in the City!

Ann serves on the national Chaplaincy Committee for Elim/Assemblies Of God Chaplains and teaches on the Pentecostal Chaplaincy Training Course run annually at Regents Theological College in Malvern.

Ann has been an Elim Minister for 20 years and has served on ministry teams at Birmingham Christian Centre and Selly Oak Elim Church.
Paul is an ordained Elim Minister who studied at Regents Theological College and has been involved in pastoral ministry along with his wife Dawn for over 32 years. Together they have served and led churches in Oxford, Banbury and across Birmingham and the West Midlands.

Paul’s primary passion is evangelism and the development of the next generation of leaders. His call to share the gospel has seen him to lead many successful evangelistic projects at a local and national level, including running Alpha courses for over 20 years. Witnessing people come to faith continues to be one of Paul’s biggest passions.

Paul and Dawn have been married for 34 years and they have two daughters and a son-in law. Paul has recently become a Bank Chaplin within the NHS which enables him to reach out to the local community.

Dawn also works in the NHS and has a real heart for people, in particular to see women grow and develop in their God given gifts.
